Gateway to Slovakia was founded on 1 January 2004 to promote doing business with the Slovak Republic within the United Kingdom and to assist UK businesses in exploring, initiating and furthering commerce between the two countries.Our organisation has a permanent base and contacts both in the UK and in Slovakia, ready to assist you with your requirements. We offer a range of services, from initial research, to setting up your own subsidiary in Slovakia. In the UK our key representatives are: Mr Andrej Popovič - born and educated in Slovakia, with 20 years of residence and business experience in the UK, bilingual in English and Slovak. He holds both British and Slovak citizenship. Mr Popovic has a good working knowledge of the relevant company law, accounting and tax framework of both countries. Ms Amber Burton - marketing director of several companies for the past 15 years, Ms Burton brings her skills to our organisation, focusing specifically on transferring your marketing activities to the Slovak environment. |
